Are your items handmade?

Yes! All items from Country Charmed Co. are thoughtfully handmade in small batches. Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations may occur—this is part of their unique charm.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some designs may be restocked, while others are limited or seasonal. If you see something you love, I recommend grabbing it while it’s available.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, custom orders may be limited. Feel free to reach out through the Contact page to see what may be available.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Wholesale or bulk inquiries may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out with details.

Will you be adding new products?

Yes! New designs and seasonal pieces are added regularly, so check back often.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders ship within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the United States only.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

I typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

Do you accept returns?

Because many items are handmade, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you experience any issues with your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Shopify Payments and PayPal for secure checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Is sales tax applied?

Sales tax is automatically handled by Shopify when applicable.
